These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bdgogame and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.
18+ Age Policy
bdgogame is strictly an adults-only platform. All players must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, and participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account on bdgogame. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
Transparent Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits. Minimum withdrawal is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is approved.
Fair Bonus Terms

Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using bdgogame and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of bdgogame. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translation is made available for convenience, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and legally binding version in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
18+ Only: bdgogame is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you are under 18 years of age, you must not access, register on, or use this platform under any circumstances.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bdgogame, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age as of the date you register your account.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
- You have not previously been excluded from bdgogame or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling platforms.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bdgogame is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of bdgogame or any of its affiliated entities.
Age Verification
bdgogame reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time a verification requirement is triggered by platform risk procedures. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. If age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction, the account will be suspended until verification is completed, and any withdrawal requests will be placed on hold during this period.
Prohibited Jurisdictions
Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use bdgogame. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a citizen of, or ordinarily resident in any such jurisdiction. bdgogame accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in breach of applicable local laws. The determination of legality rests solely with the player.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of features on bdgogame — including deposits, betting, live casino, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible players meeting the criteria set out in Article 2.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You must not use fictitious information, pseudonyms, or details belonging to another person. bdgogame reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.
One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold one account on bdgogame. Attempting to open or maintain more than one account, whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, bdgogame reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings or bonuses associated with those accounts, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, nor allow any third party to access your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdgogame support immediately via the live chat facility inside your account dashboard or by email at support at bdgogame. bdgogame accepts no liability for losses or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Account Information Updates
You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delays to withdrawal processing or suspension of account access.
Deposits and Withdrawals
bdgogame supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladeshi mobile financial services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the platform:
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your bdgogame account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
- You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
- bdgogame does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
- bdgogame does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, international bank transfers, or any payment method not listed above.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals to a different account or a different person's account are not permitted.
- Standard processing time for withdrawals is 5 to 20 minutes under normal conditions. During periods of high demand or following public holidays, processing times may be extended.
- bdgogame reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
- Funds deposited but not yet subject to any wagering activity may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Withdrawal requests that do not meet wagering requirements will be declined until the requirements are fulfilled.
bdgogame reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be placed under review and the player will be notified by email or live chat.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
bdgogame offers a range of promotions to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload offers, cashback on sports betting losses, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this Article, as well as any additional terms published on the specific promotion page.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration process and, where required, verified their identity.
- Each eligible player may claim a specific promotion only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming the same promotion through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account closure.
- Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds that are held separately from real-money funds in your account. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they — or any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before a withdrawal can be approved. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered using bonus funds before withdrawal is permitted.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings generated from bonus funds. These limits are specified on each individual promotion page.
- bdgogame reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.
- bdgogame reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of exploitation, abuse, or manipulation of promotion terms.
Seasonal and Calendar Promotions
bdgogame periodically runs promotions tied to significant dates in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. These promotions are announced in advance via the platform and are subject to these general bonus rules in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
By placing bets or participating in any game on bdgogame, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. No strategy, system, or prior experience guarantees a positive return. You accept that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your account.
Bet Placement and Settlement
- All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except where expressly permitted by specific game rules.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market and may be adjusted by bdgogame at any time.
- bdgogame reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were the result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or price feed disruption. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
- Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time of the event's conclusion, not at the time the bet was placed.
- Live casino game outcomes are determined by the real-time actions of live dealers and certified RNG systems operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or Ezugi, as applicable. bdgogame accepts no liability for technical interruptions to live dealer streams beyond its reasonable control.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdgogame and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
- Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any player who identifies a bug or vulnerability must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
- Arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies that exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of fair play.
- Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to conceal the origin of funds.
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party, including accepting funds from a third party to wager on their behalf.
Responsible Gaming Obligations

Available Responsible Gaming Tools
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Session Time Controls: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
- Reality Check Notifications: Players may activate periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current session and their net financial position during that session.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period of between 30 days and 5 years, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is closed and re-registration is blocked. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.
- Account Cooling-Off: A short-term account pause (1–30 days) is available for players who want a temporary break without committing to full self-exclusion.
Player Responsibility
Players are responsible for monitoring their own gambling behaviour. bdgogame recommends that players set personal limits when they open their account and review those limits regularly. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. Account Suspension and Closure
bdgogame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including the operation of duplicate accounts for promotional gain.
- Use of prohibited software or automated tools as described in Article 6.
- A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- A player is identified as being subject to a self-exclusion order or on a gambling exclusion register.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at bdgogame staff or other players.
- A request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
Closure of Account by the Player
Players may close their account at any time by contacting bdgogame support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the withdrawal method on file, subject to identity verification. Account closure requests are actioned within 5 business days.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, whether initiated by the player or by bdgogame, all pending bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are forfeited. Any bets placed and awaiting settlement at the time of closure will be settled according to normal procedures, with resulting real-money winnings transferred to the player where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgogame expressly excludes all liability for the following:
- Any financial loss resulting from your participation in games or betting activities on the platform, including direct losses, consequential losses, or loss of anticipated savings.
- Interruptions, errors, or downtime affecting platform access, including those caused by internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party service outages.
- Delays to deposit processing or withdrawal payments caused by the player's mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or any intermediary payment processor.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any decision made by a player in connection with their use of the platform, including decisions made in reliance on information published on bdgogame.
- Actions, omissions, or technical failures of third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Platform Availability
bdgogame does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control may result in periods of unavailability. bdgogame will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible. No compensation is payable for periods of platform unavailability, except where a live bet was materially affected by a platform-side fault that is directly attributable to bdgogame's infrastructure.
Amendments to These Terms
bdgogame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons, including changes to applicable law, changes to platform products or payment methods, or clarification of existing provisions.
When material changes are made to these Terms, bdgogame will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will display an updated effective date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
Your continued use of bdgogame following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any real-money balance.
